Matthew 17:24-27

When they came to Capernaum, the collectors of the Temple tax came to Peter and said, “Your Rabbi pays the Temple tax, doesn’t HE?” “Yes,” Peter said. Now when Peter came into the house, YESHUA spoke to him first, saying, “What do you think, Simon? The kings of the earth, from whom do they collect tolls or tax
 From their sons or from strangers? After Peter said, “From strangers,” YESHUA said to him, “Then the sons are free. But so that we do not offend them, go to the sea and throw out a hook, and take the first fish that comes up. And when you open its mouth, you’ll find a coin. Take that, and give it to them, for ME and you.”

Acts 2: 38-42

Peter said to them, “Repent, and let each of you be immersed in the name of MASHIACH YESHUA for the removal of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the RUACH – KODESH. For the promise is for you and your children, and for all who are far away – as many as ADONAI our ELOHIM calls to HIMSELF. With many other words he warned them and kept urging them, saying, “Save yourselves from this twisted generation! So those who received his message were immersed, and that day about three thousand souls were added. They were devoting themselves to the teaching of the disciples and to fellowship, to breaking bread and to prayers.

1 Corinthians 1:27-31

Yet ELOHIM chose the foolish things of the world so he might put the shame the wise; and ELOHIM chose the weak things of the world so HE might put to shame the strong; and ELOHIM chose the lowly and despised things of the world, the things that are as nothing, so HE might bring to nothing the things that are – so that no human might boast before ELOHIM. But because of HIM you are in MASHIACH YESHUA, who became to us wisdom from ELOHIM and righteousness and holiness and redemption – so that, just as it is written, “Let HIM who boasts, boast in ADONAI.”

James 4:6

But HE gives greater grace. Therefore, it says, “ELOHIM opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble.”

1 John 3:14-24

We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love our brothers and sisters. The one who does not love remains in death. Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer – and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him. We have come to know love by this – YESHUA laid down HIS life for us, and we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters. But if someone has material possessions and sees HIS brother in need and closes HIS heart against HIM, how does the love of ELOHIM abide in him? Children, let us not love with word or talk, but in deed and truth! By this we shall know that we are of the truth, and set our heart at rest before HIM whenever our heart condemns us. For ELOHIM is greater than our heart, and knows all things. Loved ones, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence before ELOHIM; and whatever we ask, we receive from HIM, because we keep HIS commandments and do what is pleasing in HIS sight. Now this is HIS commandment – that we should believe in the name of HIS SON, YESHUA the MASHIACH, and love on another, just as HE commanded us. The one who keeps HIS commandments abides in ELOHIM, and ELOHIM in him. We know that HE abides in us by this – by the RUACH HE has given us.

Revelation 17:14

They will make war against the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them – because HE is ADONAI of LORDS and MELEK of kings, and those with HIM are called and chosen and faithful.”
