Foundational Rock or Destructible Sand

As a pastor, I’ve observed many looking for love, but as the words in the old song by Johnny Lee, “Looking For Love In All The Wrong Places.”
Many do not put first things first. If a person gives evidence of many valuable qualities but lacks spirituality and hunger for GOD, you are in the wrong place! Run and get away quickly before you are trapped! Without the foundational rock- you are just building on destructible sand. The sand in this world is washed with corruption, deception, and emotional manipulation, and soon, evil chaos consumes their lives, and they are left empty and shaken.
If he or she is unwilling to attend Church with you, you should quickly acknowledge that there are many things he or she will not do for you, such as covenant marriage. Whether we like GOD’s plan or not, the Church is HIS designed to mature and grow us and provide support for our relationships and success. Many miss this wisdom and struggle their whole lives with wrong thinking that leads them back to their vomit, and the cycle begins again.
As a dog returns to its vomit, so, fools repeat their folly. Do you see a person wise in their own eyes? There is more hope for a fool than for them. -Proverbs 26:11-12
If we continue in our wisdom, we will end up where we began. But if we build on CHRIST the Rock and turn to HIS plan, we will undoubtedly find all our heart’s desire! -Matthew 7:24
GOD wants to give us unshakable new life nourished with HIS HOLY SPIRIT, resulting in HIS wisdom, truth, and genuine love so that the excitement of HIS joy cultivates the oneness HE has always planned for us!
JESUS’ first miracle was turning water into wine at a wedding. HE gives this miracle to those who come to HIM to build their lives upon the Rock of HIS design rather than the sands of the world’s destruction. While many rush to the beaches to hold their wedding outside HIS plan, the solid rock foundation awaits inside the believers’ assembly. CHRIST’s people will help those entering into a covenant with JESUS the Rock to grow and blossom together into mysterious oneness.
‘For this reason, a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh.’ So, they are no longer two but one flesh. -Mark 10:7-8.
ONLY THE PLAN OF CHRIST, THE SOLID ROCK, CAN MAKE THIS HAPPEN!
