Higher Than Knowledge

We are delighted and honored to have you here with us today, and we thank CHRIST for each of you and for the ministry of HIS church and school.

Still Waters International Academy was established in 2007. In almost twenty years, we have witnessed the LORD’s blessings on the children who have graduated and on those who are advancing to the next grade today!

I could present numerous statistics from reliable polls. However, it’s sufficient to note that the United States public school system ranks 31st in the world in education, despite spending more per student than any other country. Education Rankings by Country 2025

Many public-school graduates, including those who earn honors, are below grade-level expectations in reading and math, struggle with mental health, and lack the discipline necessary for success.

Children entering Still Waters International Academy from public school typically have four things in common:

• First, loss of peace, joy, and freedom.
• Second, addicted to online gaming, chats, and pornography.
• Third, deception. They believe they “know” how to direct the world around them, while their entire world is falling apart.
• Fourth, unable to develop healthy relationships at any level.

Since our nation has sidelined or excluded CHRIST JESUS from its educational systems, our children have become less healthy spiritually, emotionally, physically, and mentally, leading to a decline in overall wellness and success.

Many parents and educators believe that education is the key to their children’s success and that abundant knowledge will give them wisdom. If our children have

all the knowledge in our universities’ libraries but lack the wisdom to use it, they are left in a cycle of empty, foolish lives.

Still Waters Community Church and International Academy rank CHRIST JESUS as the source of all wisdom. Knowledge is only one side of success; we must also have the wisdom to walk in that knowledge, in other words, know how to use the knowledge we now possess.

As disciples of CHRIST JESUS, we can answer the central question of our lives because HE states in John 14:6; “I AM the way, the truth, and the life!”

I want to give you time again this year to consider this question: If you could give your child anything, what would it be? Love, power, beauty, joy, peace, knowledge, wealth, and the wisdom to understand how to utilize the gift you choose to give them.

What if I could tell you that you could give your children access to all these gifts and much more? Would you be willing to follow the Way, the Truth, and the Life, which is given only in CHRIST JESUS?

Faith in CHRIST JESUS leads us to all truth and instills love in us because HE is love. HIS love is the most powerful force possible! HIS way is the only way to provide all we need to live a life of BOUNDLESS success, and HE will provide your children with the wisdom required to use all that HE bestows upon them (1 John 4:7-16) (James 1:5).

This personal relationship with CHRIST JESUS and the gifts HE has provided are all we need to face life’s challenges with knowledge and wisdom. YoungHoon Kim, who was recorded as having the highest IQ in the world at 276, has once again shared his beliefs on X. He confidently said:

“The Bible is the perfect, everlasting, and final Word of God… The Bible doesn’t need to be changed. The world needs to keep up.”

This comes after he recently said he believes JESUS CHRIST is GOD, the way, the truth, and the life. John 14:6

JESUS created us to find fulfillment in HIM and encourages us to come and reason with HIM who created all that was, is, and will be! In Jeremiah 33:3, we read HIS invitation: “Call to ME, and I will answer you—I will tell you great and hidden things, which you do not know.”

If you follow CHRIST JESUS, the giver of all good things, HE will welcome you among HIS people. HE will walk alongside you and your family, providing love and wisdom as you learn about HIM and HIS perfect plan for you and your children. This is the mission of Still Waters Community Church and Academy, and we are excited about the limitless life CHRIST JESUS offers to those who choose HIM.
