Good Samaritan and the Rest of the Story

We often hear about the “Good Samaritan” and YESHUA’s teaching HIS disciples to look beyond our culture and worldview to show compassion to all those hurting around us. But we don’t read or hear about the wounded man’s response to the Good Samaritan’s compassion. What is YESHUA teaching us about those we show compassion to and their response to HIS family, the Church? What is the rest of the story?
