So Very THANKFUL!

Still Waters Church and School is filled with JESUS CHRIST’s presence, and therefore filled with miracles - moment by moment - that I am so very thankful for!
Over the years I have counseled many wives, husbands, parents, and children that seemed so confused. You see, although many have ensured all they have done was good and right for their marriage and family, in their shock their marriage is corrupt and their children are experiencing great spiritual, emotional and even physical difficulties in life. While listening to their surprise at these real consequences; I am also aware that they believe that there is a quick and easy fix to their marriage and or children. Our world’s culture has taught us that it is always ready to give us an easy, quick fix. Yet, our world’s culture is in the control of those whose marriages and families are in the same condition or worse, and therefore cannot offer any answers at all.
CHRIST Culture has the answers to our corrupt marriages and our children’s spiritual, emotion, and physical needs. However, CHRIST Culture will not lie or support that which will bring destruction, and this is where the departure happens. I witness more and more families that are so deceived and allow children/teens or unbelievers to make decisions for their household. We want the lies of the world’s culture before we want CHRIST’s Culture. We want to be our own god in our lives, homes and places of business and we will not allow CHRIST to reign. We believe our power and wisdom is all-good and all-knowing. We believe we are in control while all along it is the enemy who has full power over us and we find ourselves once again deceived, in shock and wanting the quick fix so we can get back to our deep desires. I have seen this happen again and again in people’s lives. They are in a cycle of lies and their lives are never free of them because they are not willing to allow CHRIST JESUS to be their KING. They have another god.
CHRIST Culture is not a quick fix nor is it a vehicle to get back to your deeply corrupt desires of destruction. CHRIST Culture is following JESUS the CHRIST, which means following Salvation’s KING! The name of JESUS means Salvation, and the title of CHRIST means KING. CHRIST JESUS will make all things new, but we must be willing to allow HIM to be our KING and save us from ourselves and the enemies that seek to deceive us.
Do you want miracles moment by moment? It is not an easy or quick fix, which is a lie of deception from the world’s culture, but one of following and obeying our Savior KING moment by moment that will bring a new life you will be able to say you are so very thankful for!
